Made with creamy porridge oats and plant-based milk, it’s boosted with chia seeds for omega-3s, almond butter for protein (optional), and a naturally sweet ripe banana. Finished with a sprinkle of crunchy cacao nibs, this bowl is a perfect balance of flavour and nutrition to keep you feeling strong and focused all morning. Simple, delicious, and packed with goodness!

Ingredients

  • porridge oats

  • plant milk 

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (ensure that they are soft before eating)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)

  • 1 ripe Banana

  • Cacao Nibs

Preparation

  • Place the porridge oats, plant milk, and chia seeds into a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4–5 minutes until the milk has absorbed and the porridge is creamy and piping hot.

  • Serve topped with banana slices, a drizzle of nut butter and sprinkle of cacao nibs (if using).
