Brighten your morning with this vibrant berry smoothie bowl! Blended with mixed berries, your milk of choice, and a touch of warming cinnamon, it’s a refreshing and nutrient-packed start to the day. Topped with milled flax seeds, crunchy organic granola, slices of ripe banana, and extra berries, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Add a drizzle of honey (optional) for a touch of natural sweetness and enjoy this wholesome, energising treat!

Ingredients

  • Mixed berries (frozen or fresh - frozen creates a thicker consistency)

  • Milk of choice 

  • Cinnamon


To Serve:

  • Milled Flax Seeds

  • Organic Granola

  • Ripe Banana

  • Berries

  • Honey (optional)

Preparation

  • Blend the Berries, cinnamon and plant milk. You are aiming for it to be a thick consistency.

  • Add your toppings and enjoy!


You can store the smoothie mixture in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
