Made with wholesome rolled oats, chia seeds, and ground flaxseeds, this recipe is rich in fibre, omega-3s, and plant-based goodness. Soaked in creamy Plenish almond or oat milk and topped with juicy mixed berries, it's naturally sweetened with a touch of honey or maple syrup (optional). Prepare it the night before for a grab-and-go breakfast that’s as nourishing as it is convenient!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

  • 1 cup plant-based milk (Plenish almond or oat milk)

  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  • In a jar or container, combine the oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and plant-based milk.

  • Stir well, then cover and place in the fridge overnight.

  • In the morning, top with berries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
