Refresh and revitalise with this nutrient-packed supergreen smoothie! A blend of spinach, cucumber, pear, and celery creates a hydrating, fibre-rich base, while milled flax seeds and a hint of cinnamon add a boost of omega-3s and warming flavour. Creamy plant-based milk ties it all together, and a spoonful of almond butter (optional) provides an extra dose of protein and healthy fats. Perfect for a light breakfast or an energising snack!

Ingredients

  • Spinach

  • Cucumber

  • Pear (peeled for sensitive stomachs)

  • Celery

  • Milled flax seeds

  • Cinnamon

  • Plant-based milk (e.g., Plenish almond or oat milk)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients together.
